Garowe-(Puntland Mirror) The President of Puntland Abdiweli Mohamed Ali has appointed his spokesman as state minister, according to a statement from the office of the president on Thursday.

The president’s spokesman Abdullahi Mohamed Jama known as Quraan-jacel will be the new state minister for the presidency and the relationship of councils.

Quraan-jacel served as lawmaker during President Faroole administration.
