Jowhar-(Puntland Mirror) A high level delegation led by Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud arrived in Jowhar town of Middle Shabelle region on Thursday.
Mohamoud and his delegation were given a warm welcome by Middle Shabelle officials at Jowhar airport.
After he landed in Jowhar, Somali president has officially opened the state formation conference for Hiran and Middle Shabelle regions.
The Somali security forces have beefed up security measures in Jowhar as the town hosting the state formation conference.
