Fighting erupts again in Galkayo town of Mudug region

According to the residents both sides are using heavy artillery and shooting of guns that could be heard across the town.

The fresh fighting follows days of fighting between the forces of the two sides.

There are casualties reported, but Puntland Mirror was unable to independently verify the losses.

At least 25 have been killed in the fighting between the forces loyal to Puntland and Galmudug since its eruption last month.
