Mogadishu-(Puntland Mirror) Unknown fighter jets on Sunday launched bombing raids against bases of Al-Shabab in Lower Shabele region in Somalia, residents said.
According to the sources the bombardment targeted bases of Al-Shabab militants in the Tora-torow area of Lower Shabele region.
There were militants casualties in the raid, according to the sources.
There is no country claim the responsibility for the bombing, but US fighter jets carried out a string of similar bombing against Al-Shabab militants in Somalia.
