The two fighters were arrested in joint operation carried out Puntland Intelligence Army (PIA) and Puntland Counterterrorism Army, a security official who requested anonymity said because he was not authorized to speak to the media.

Puntland forces are fighting Al-Shabab militants in Galgala Mountains of Bari region.
