Yildirim would pay an official visit to London to attend the conference which will discuss future decisions on Somalia, Anadolu reported, citing Turkish officials.
During his visit, the Turkish premier will also attend bilateral talks and meet with the press and investment circles, according to Anadolu.
The Somali government and international partners, including Turkey will attend the conference to plan the new international partnerships for increasing peace and prosperity in Somalia.
Somalia and Turkey have a good relationship since 2011. Turkey provides Somalia with military aid, education support, infrastructural development and skills training.
