Somali President receives credentials from new Belgium ambassador to Somalia

Mogadishu-(Puntland Mirror) The President of the federal republic of Somalia Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud has on Monday received credentials from the new Belgium ambassador to Somalia, Roxane de Bilderling at the Presidential place (Villa Somalia) in Mogadishu.

Ambassador de Bilderling thanked the President and said that her country which is part of the European Union is committed on the strengthening the bilateral relation between the two countries.

For his part, President Mohamoud has pledged that his government will fully work with the Belgium ambassador, and is very much delighted with the Belgium role in Somali issues.
