Somali PM: My government will not tolerate corruption

Mogadishu-(Puntland Mirror) Somali Prime Minister Hassan Ali Khaire said his government will not tolerate corruption.

“My government is determined not to tolerate any form of corruption and is geared towards eradicating such malpractice.” He said in a tweet on Saturday.

Khaire promised in a number of occasions that his government will crackdown on corruption.

His last comment came at the International Anti-Corruption Day, which designated on 9 December every year.

Somalia is the most corrupt country in the world, according to Transparency International’s annual Corruption Perceptions Index.
