This comes as Puntland’s Information Minister Abdi Hersi Ali Qarjab said Somaliland will pay heavy price if they did not stop its movement towards the area.
Puntland and Somaliland have been fighting over Sool and Sanaag regions for over 20 years, which both the two administrations claim in its entirely.
