Mohamed Abas who has served in cabinet ministers since 2014, said that the Puntland President Abdiweli Mohamed Ali on Friday formally accepted his resignation as state minister for presidential place.
The Abas’s resignation came nearly five days after the former minister of information Mohamoud Hasan Soade stepped down from his post due to personal reasons.
