Abdirashid and Khalid discussed issues related to security including the fighting against Al-Shabab armed group, according to reports.
The two ministers also discussed on how Qatar to play a part in the reconstruction of the Somali army.
The meeting followed a talk between the President of Somalia Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo and Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani.
