Mogadishu-(Puntland Mirror) Puntland Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation, Abdinur Elmi Mohamoud also known as Biindhe has died in Mogadishu this morning, where he had been receiving treatment for an undisclosed illness, his family said.

Biindhe was one of the Puntland first ministers when it was established in 1998, he held two ministerial posts in the current government of President Abdiweli Mohamed Ali.
