Meeting between Somali Federal Government and Federal Member States opened in Mogadishu

The leaders of Somali Federal Government and Federal Member States are attending the two-day meeting, and chaired by Somali President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo.

Security and political situation in the country are expected to figure high on the agenda of the meeting, according to sources.

This is the second meeting between the two sides since President Farmajo taking office in March this year.
