The delay came after the Puntland government requested to postpone the visit because the state is facing a political pressure that led to the dismissal of the cabinet ministers, according to sources.
The president scheduled to pay a visit to Puntland regions during this month.
Earlier this month, Puntland President has appointed members of the sacked cabinet to organize the Somali President’s visit to Puntland.
