Hague-(Puntland Mirror) a sea border dispute between Kenya and Somalia begins on Monday at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague in Holland.
Somalia is determining the sea waters to be adjusted along at its territories, where Kenya determines the case struck out on grounds of 2009 agreement with Somalia stated that the dispute should be settled by negotiations, not by recourse to the court. However, Somalia is being defended by American lawyers, Paul Reichler and Prof Allain Pellet (French), where Kenya will be represented by its Attorney-General Githu Muigai and a team of international lawyers.
