Sources at Puntland Darawish forces said no clash occurred and the militants of Al-Shabab left the village before the forces reached there.
The village has been the target of Al-Shabab since June 2017, when it launched an attack against Puntland army base in Af Urur, killing about 30 soldiers.
Af Urur sits in Mountainous area, about 60 km southwest of Bosaso, Puntland commercial town.
