Mohamoud and his delegation were given a warm welcome by Hir-Shabelle officials at Jowhar airport.
Meanwhile several other dignitaries from Somalia and out of the country have been arriving in the Jowhar to be present at the inauguration ceremony of the Hir-Shabelle president.
Last week, Osoble was elected as the first president for the newly formed regional state (Hir-Shabelle) in a vote held in Jowhar town of Middle Shabelle region.
