Suspected Al-Shabaab Member Arrested in Germany

German police have arrested suspected al-Shabab man after he returned to Germany from Somalia, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The arrested man recognized as Abshir Ahmed, the police have detained him at Frankfurt airport, the German prosecutor’s office said in a statement.

Ahmed received teaching in the use of weapons in somewhere in Somalia, the prosecutor’s office said.

There has been no comment from armed group al-Shabab on the arrest.
