A statement issued by the Ministry of Interior Sunday said the government is considering the decision of the parliament to sack the president of Hir-Shabelle administration.
The Ministry of Interior also said that the presidential election of Hirshabelle will be held in 30 days.
Last week, the lawmakers of Hir-Shabelle have sacked their president Ali Abdullahi Osoble, blaming poor performance during the office.
Osoble described the decision of the parliament as illegal, insisting that he is the president of Hir-Shabelle.
